Malaysia: Bersih 4.0 rally

On 29 to 30 August 2015, the biggest overnight-rally in Kuala Lumpur - organized by the Bersih (meaning clean in Malay), an alliance of non-government organizations which seeks to reform the current electoral system in Malaysia to ensure clean and fair elections. On that day, 500,000 protesters gathered outside the Merdeka Square demanding the resignation of Najib Tun Razak - the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Najib was facing the scandal of a 700 million USD flows from 1MDB (1Malaysia Development Berhad) company into his personal accounts.
